Question: Q: Office 365 Mail in Mac Mail High Sierra My work place has recently enabled 2 factor verification for my office 365 account. Enabling that broke my Mac Mail ability to retrieve my work email. As we approach the release of macOS 11 Big Sur, Microsoft is preparing to shift its Office 365 support away from another older version of macOS. Specifically, Office 365 apps will no longer support.
Office365 is the program that the entire Jefferson community will use to send, receive, and organize emails, and manage contacts.

What is my default email address in Office365?
Your default email address is First.Last@students.jefferson.edu. For example, if your name is Jane Doe your email address will be Jane.Doe@students.jefferson.edu. Students will also be given an alias of 'campuskey'@students.jefferson.edu in addition to your default email address.
